I've searched and searched but came back with nadda. Tryin to find out if the serato vinyl will work with the virtual vinyl box. I've seen where the serato box works with the software, I actually have one of my dj's doing this now. But can I use half the equation and just use the vinyl with my virtual vinyl box?

no you can't.
There's no driver for any other Application then Numark or VirtualDJ!

You can currently get limited usage in VDJ or CUE with Serato vinyl a plugin will come to give full support ie needle drop and better pitch from a kind user who is developing it.
The vv box will not work with any other aplication it is intended as the ultimate interface for the VDJ platform.

Serato Only works with the serato Box only..... You can use the serato box for virtual dj or virtual vinyl
