You can always create a new login and start afresh. Nothing's better than a fresh new start in life ;)

Please create a new login with your new email address, and create a ticket from this login to ask for your account to be transfered.
You will need to provide your serial number and order number as proof of purchase, and we will contact your old email address to check that it doesn't deny this transfer.

Please check that you don't have any spam filter blocking our automatic emails.
Many email providers like AOL or Hotmail have such spam filter active by default.
Try to deactivate it and ask for your confirmation email to be sent again:
