who would be interested if I allowed users to upload promotional material only, ie bootlegs, mixes, remixes, videos, artwork etc... that is to be used for promotional uses only..
To save/help with bandwidth users would have the option to donate to keep the site up and in return would get a time limited passworded (so that only preapproved people could download material. i.e promoters etc..) personal webpage to upload an unlimited amount of files.
Otherwise everyone can upload to a common passworded page a limited amount of material. And every two weeks this page would be refreshed.
What are your thoughts.
