Hi,

I've got a problem with VDJ and TCVs.

When mixing two songs the BPM Rate of the songs jumps up and down.

Not only a little bit, lets say when i am at 130 bpm it suddenly jumps down to 127. This effect occurs when I'm beat matching the two songs slowing my turntable with my fingers. Do you understand what i mean :-)

And VDJ than needs a long time ( for about 5 Seconds) to come back to allmost 130 bpm again, but down come back to 130 exactly.

During the song plays (not while mixing) the BPM Rate jumps up and down lets say about 0.5 BPM.

I'm using the M-Audio Cinective and the Final Scratch Open System. With both soundcarts the same Problem.....

Is there a setting in VDJ to avoid this, or what should i do????

Thanks for your help!!!

Edit: I tested a bit now and the Problem occurs only in Smart and relative Mode. Not in the Absolute Mode!!!

Is there any setting in Smart/Relative Mode to avoid my Problem???

this issue is caused by pitch sensitivity. lowering the pitch sensitivity will resolve this issue as it will constantly verify and adjust the pitch your TCVs are running at more often.

Although be warned that the lower your setting, the more ressources and power your computer will need in order to run smoothly.
