What is GMT time and how do I figure what the GMT time is in Washington D.C.

For example. If it's 6:35pm in D.C. What time is that in GMT time?

You will see your time, and the GMT time there :)
Its a standard of seperating time-zones.

Like mine, its GMT + 1 in Norway... Meaning GMT time + one hour

or double-click your clock in system tray in Windows.

In the window it opens, look in TIME-ZONES. It will tell you your time, in GMT time ... :)

I still don't quite understand. I need to find out how to let the VDJ Radoi team know what time I would be available to spin on VDJ Radio. They asked what is my preferred time (GMT) to mix on the radio.

I am looking at 6:00pm or 7:00pm.

How do I say this in GMT? I know my GMT is -05:00.

Speaking of time, I just noticed that if you click on the clock, it turns into a stopwatch. Now if only I could figure out how to change it to 12 hour instead of military time.
