Topic: analog mixer doesn't work!

i just bought the analog mixer apps it doesn't work the sound doesn't come out clear one side play so low. is there anyway i can fix the issues with the sound

Much more information needed from you.

A screen shot of your audio config is a start
Your mixer type.
Your audio output device
How you've plugged everything in
Have you read the faq

Having had a quick look, it appears you are using a Numark Mix Track 3, but you have purchased a license for
an analog mixer. This license does not work with that controller and that is why you are most likely having issues.

Please contact Support who will be happy to assist you with this issue.

thank you very much! I'm using a numark external mixer do you know what other software i need to make it works

No other software. Just the correct license should be all you need.

Click the support link i supplied above and a member of the team will resolve the license issue with you.
