Geht leider auch nicht.
Im Orginal Zustand kann ich auch mit der Shifttaste die Decks anwählen, aber den Befehl kann ich unter Controller nicht sehen.

Ehrlich gesagt kann ich Dir jetzt nicht folgen.
Davon mal ab, hat die Stellung vom CF eigentlich doch nix mit der Zuweisung als masterdeck zu tun?

Ich glaube, Du brauchst nur Shift+Sync drücken, um das masterdeck manuell auszuwählen.

Aus der Anleitung:
SYNC.
Press this button to automatically match the corresponding Deck's tempo and phase with the opposite Deck's (or the Master Deck’s if using a 4 decks Skin) tempo and phase. Hold SHIFT down and then press this button to set this deck as Master Deck. While SHIFT is held down, the Master Deck's SYNC button will be lit.
When the LED blinks, it means that the manual Master Deck selection mode is active (i.e. you had manually selected the Master Deck). Press the flashing button to revert back to the Auto-selection Master DEck mode and let VirtualDJ to decide which Deck is Master mostly based on the deck that is playing out live.

Nur eine Idee:
Ich meine ich habe ja noch keine richtige Ahnung von Befehlen mit Custombuttons aber könnte man nicht die Befehle /Action für auf das Masterdeck 1-4 jeweils auf einem eigenen Custombutton als Masterdeck 1-4 legen ?

Sync habe ich als "sync-play" gemappt und shift sync ist die normale Sync funktion.
Was ist CF?
Wenn es nicht geht muss ich in den seltenen Fällen halt die Maus benurzen und in VDJ umschalten.

Doch natürlich hat der CF was damit zu tun.
Wenn Du nichts im Mapping veränderst ist die Seite Master, wohin der Crossfader ausgerichtet ist.

Wenn Du schon das gesamte Mapping geändert hast, hättest Du das auch mal posten können.
Nimm einfach das Original mapping (Dein individuelles mapping bleibt ja gespeichert), die von Dir gesuchte Funktion ist auf shift+sync getappt (s.o.).

mal ein kurzer Zwischenstand zweck einfrieren der Displays. Ich habe den Controller wieder zurück gesendet und letzte Woche kam der neue Controller. Er lief jetzt viele Stunden , mit Serato, Vdj, und über USB. Fazit: Die Displays frieren nicht mehr ein.
Wer also so ein Gerät bekommt mit einfrierenden Displays sollte Ihn sofort wieder zurück senden. Und ein Gebrauchtkauf ohne Garantie würde ich hier nicht empfehlen.

eine Frage zur neuen Firmware, wie ist die Leistungsausgabe der USB Ports jetzt?
Bis jetzt (Ohne Update) sind die USB Ports ja unterirdisch, nicht nur in der Lautstärke sondern auch in der Sound-Qualität, hat sich das jetzt geändert?
Dann eine Frage zum Autoplay, sind da jetzt Übergänge einsetllbar?
Ich habe Samstag wieder meine VA, wo ich nur moderiere und die Musik im Automodus läuft und aufgrund der Wetterlage wäre es nicht schlimm, mein Lappi zu hause lassen zu können ;-)

Bringst du da etwas durcheinander, oder kenne ich die Funktion nicht?
Zu der Soundqualität habe ich keinen Vergleich, aber 1.5 ist Ok

Dann spielt er auch die Songs von Stick hintereinander ab.
Ich glaube, du musst die aber erst in eine Liste laden, habe es mal ausprobiert und dann wieder verworfen.
Und die Qualität im Vergleich zu VDJ interessiert mich. Da ist bis jetzt ein riesen Unterschied, kein Bums, keine Klarheit, fast schon wie Mono.

Ist mir noch nicht aufgefallen und macht auch keinen Sinn, da der Wandler im Denon ist.
Es kommt alles Digital rein und wird dann im D/A Wandler umgesetzt.
Muss ich nochmal probieren mit Autoplay. Danke

We had hopped to release much sooner as well but then hit a snag with the navigation speeds. This was unexpected work and is a fair amount of engineering effort.
We want to make sure the compatibility is solid and seamless before releasing. Apologies on the delay but we are still testing and coding everyday for this release.
We are making changes to Engine Prime that will allow the user to export in Engine 1.5 format.
In most cases, the majority of MCX8000 users can use Engine Prime software normally. For those with larger collections (5k+), we are adding an option to export the collection optimized for MCX8000. This will move the music into the old Engine 1.5 folder structure and use the 1.5 database files.
Unfortunately, there is a trade off with this option, it will not be possible to import hot cue, beat grid changs or playlist history back into Engine Prime. This is because Engine Prime cannot read 1.5 databases it can only write them.
The good news is that you will have all 3 prepping options below available to best suit your needs.
Option 1. Continue to use Engine 1.5 as you always have. The MCX8000 will continue to read and write to this database.
Option 2. Use Engine Prime normally with the ability to read and write back to Engine Prime. This method would be recommended for users who have a collection up to 5,000 songs.
Option 3. Use Engine Prime normally but export into Engine 1.5 format. This would allow users with large collections (5K+) to retain the MCX8000 navigation speed they are accustomed to, however, this is an export only and it will not be possible for Engine Prime to read changes made on the hardware including changes to Cue points, Beatgrids, and recalling history lists in Prime.
