Topic: How would one go about learning how to create something like the TK Filter V2 ?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

What software would this have been created with? What software should I start researching and learning how to use, if I want to learn how to create DSP effects like this for myself?

Any help would be much appreciated.
