Play list for each deck would be good. This way you could use a deck to play something different than whats being played in the main room.

We Need at least one more Automix PlayList that could be assigned to a different deck for show or wedding media material that's not part of the DJin' or VJin' stuff you're already doing.....

I have to use another program to get this done right, which I can't control with my controller, and joggling this is not always easy...

A individual list I thought would draw more comments.
 
I have suggested this before. Individual playlists per deck and the ability to autoload these playlists. That way you can treat multiple decks and samplers and know that the playlist/sample would be loaded at startup just like the sampler does at the moment.
