Advanced mapper for the Numark Total Control.

- Fixed jog wheels with VirtualDJ 5.1 pro and newer
- Fixed autoexit from browse mode
- Keylock led is implemented
- Unload the song when pause is pressed more then 3 seconds
- Spinback function is improved
