Description:
v1.0: It displays the cover of the current playing song in the video window. It only works if VirtualDJ created the jpeg cover in the folder.
v1.1: New AutoFade option + New "Automix Next Song" (only with v5.x and more) option.
v2.0: now unicode compatible
