v1.0: it's a delay effect based on beats. You can adjust the delay to avoid beats to be cut or superposed. The option InvertPhase will add the effect instead of substract it.
v1.1: Bug with the Delay slider corrected
v1.2: Code optimized + compiled with Visual Studio 2003
