this is a makeover from the defaut skin. Including latest VDJ 4.1 features.

v1.1 update:
- new pannel ("visual": larger screen for displaying sonique plug ins);
- xp pannel modified (bass, medium, high crossfaders added);
- key lock close the turntable;
- sizes supported: 1280x800, 1280x900, 1280x1024
