Topic: Karaoke display on 2nd monitor

Hi i have got cue 5.2 ppl and i want to also use it for karaoke is there anyway to plug in a 2nd monitor so that i can see my virtual dj and the singers can just see the words on the second screen. Many Thanks

Has your Laptop/PC have a S-video output, you could use that.

Connect the 2nd screen up before booting up. Then enable Video output in Cue, I guess.
 
Yes my pc has a ati card with vga, s/video and dvi output.
So is it just as easy as that.

You may have to config the ati card to send the output to another screen, but it should be easy to do.

thanks alot mate will try it in abit when i have put xp back on me pc cus havin a few problems with vista.
 
If your system is capable, follow these steps.

1) Connect your external video display, monitor, tv, projector etc...
2) Boot your system
3) Click start/control panel/ display/settings and check the box that says "extend my desktop" making sure the #2 screen is activated.
4) Open VDJ and click config and the video tab.
5) Select the video card in the drop box, click activate making sure the acceleration box is checked as well.

That should do it.

If it doesn't work you may have a non compatible video card or one that is insufficient of dual streaming video.
