You can use time coded CDs played through your Denon 9000 to loop, pitch, play and pause, even scratch your MP3s. You need lots of RAM to scratch, and really good sound cards with ASIO.

idj4u I have a AMD Althlon Processor at 2.17ghz with 512 mb ram and running windows xp home. Im planning on getting a delta 44 sound card do you think this sound card will do the job and is my computer fast enough?

Yes, I agree. While I've only been using VDJ for a few weeks (at home only, so far), I'm told that for scratching, 1 gig RAM would be better. In any case, the more RAM the better when you're using Virtual DJ.
