I am a new user.... I am having issues. I have the Magic Cue program. I'm not sure exactly what I did wrong but now I have no sounds. I can load the songs onto the turntable however, the timer will not start and nothing will play. When I load another song, I get a message that says a song is currently playing, do I want to quit. Can anyone help? Thanks

when you say turn tables, do you mean the decks in the program? Or actual turn tables? If you mean actual turn tables, what type of sound card are you using?

I apologize...this is all new to me. I meant the decks in the program. I have no problems loading the songs from my playlists, it's just that nothing happens after this is done.
