Topic: Numark controller - does it solve or create VDJ problems

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I currently dont use a controller, I do use automix on VDJ and automix had had problems - they are much better now on vista and v5rel6 but not perfect. Question: does numark controller do automix INSTEAd of VDJ doing the automix ? I'm just thinking outloud - if adding Numard reduces some effort on VDJ then does this help or hinder the performance / reliability of the total system ?

The controller is just that, a controller, and won't be doing anything if you queue up a playlist and leave it on automix - it will still be VDJ doing the mixing...
