Am I imagining things, or did VDJ used to let you scratch with the mouse by putting the cursor over the wave display whilst the track was playing? Certainly in 2.05 it seems to only scratch when the track is stopped, unless I'm missing an option somewhere? The reason I ask is because whilst using the little turntables is fun, the mouse can quickly go "out of range" of the turntable, whereas on the waveform it cleverly loops back when it hits the edge of the screen.

Thanks

i think that the waveforms is made for nudgeing rather than scratching it would be a pain in the ass if the track stoped everytime you clicked on it. but maby its worth to mahe waveform scratch an option

Yeah, optional would be nice. I like to nudge using the hercules jog wheels, but I don't like scratching with them that much. I prefer to use my mousehack turntable for that.

what is NICE is that U can roll the mouse wheel and the wave form will stretch out

this actually seems to control the accuracy of the scratching!
