Hello all,
I use vdj with tccd's and i am about to do a concert this weekend. artists will be bringing their own cds. is there a way to play regular cds and use my vdj at the same time?

Depending on what soundcard you are using. I use the Virtual Vinyl soundcard which has 2 through (pass) outputs which allow me to bypass the program and play normal records or CD's.

in version 5 you can make a keyboard shortcut to bypass the software ,
go to options > keyboard shortcuts

Or use Y splitters to route the cd output signal to both:
1. soundcard's inputs
2. mixer inputs.
You'll need a mixer with 4 line ins for this, 2 for the soundcard's outputs and 2 for the cd's.
I do this with the maya.
Software bypass also works very well in v5.0 but hardware solution (splitter) is always a better way. (safer)
