Hello,
I bought the hercules DJ console Mk2. I could not figure out how to use it and gave up in the end. The updates don't seem to work and it only works on some computers and not others.
So I sold the product on E-bay. Now the guy I sold it to cannot use it because I no longer know my details to pass over to him.
Does law not state that you can sell something that you bought to someone else?
Is there a way to transfer the details over to him, as I never even managed to mix 1 tune with the thing.

You should asked for the help here sooner and you wouldn't sell your MK2 belive me, it is amazing unit ;). I recived it 2 weeks ago and I am very satisfied.

I believe it's only meant to be used on one or two computers you have access to - not passed around from pillar to post.
