Is it possible to convert midi notes from lets say the " Trigger Finger " to a keyboard key.
example:
Make one of the push buttons on my midi device = the "shift" button on my keyboard. Or better yet a macro like ctrl & p.
Any way of doing this?

not as standard with VDJ i dont think but there are several MIDI tools that can generate MIDI notes from a computer keyboard and other MIDI widgets floating about that merge MIDI streams etc, have a look and see what you can find :D

thanks for the info, just downloaded the demo see if it can do what i need. It has some other features aswell like timed functions. So lets say you wanted to make a video transition delay for 4 seconds you can do it. That way your not rushing to hit buttons. You can concentrate more on mixing.
