Topic: Where do you get your videos and program to rip?

I have a few 2 year old promo only dvd videos, but haven't ripped many of them yet.
What was that ripping program again, that does mpeg1?

have u tried the built in ripper that should work nicely ;)

I've tried it, but I don't really want to rip them as vob files.

So where do you get your videos.
Is there a download site like Itunes/Napster, etc...?

the internal ripper will not rip to vob, it will pull the video out the vob for you. I rip some of my videos from the promo only dvds. I also use a stream capture program called Replay AV. This will capture the video from the streaming site and the new version will convert for you without a external program
