I just got the fast track pro....i installed but it does not come up as a soundcard option in virtual dj...does anyone know what im doing wrong?

have you restarted?
is it enabled on device manager?
can you put it in asio mode?

I have seen some cases where drivers had trouble loading up.
Windows should see the hardware when you boot, sometimes this doesn't happen for some reason.
If you go to device manager and look for the card you may see a yellow triangle next to it.
Right click and update drivers, let windows search for it with the driver disc in the cd rom.
Then go to control panel, sound card and set the card as the default card.
It should then appear in the config section of the program.
If it does not, the users who have had this occurr have run the install sequence a few times and suddenly they will appear the the card will work.
Kind of weird as it sounds, but this is what it has taken in some instances and once up it is fine with no quirky problems.
If that doesn't work, contact and let them walk you throught it.
