Hey, My friend had this sample of i think dj spinbad i dont really know, but its of a siren or whatever and was wondering where i could find it. might be mr. flex also lol

Don't know anything about the siren sample, but you can definiteley create your own samples with some editing software. Virtual DJ Sample Box reads any type of files that VDJ normally reads as songs. That includes wma, mpe, ogg, etc.
As per editing software, I use Adobe Audition, which is quite expensive. However, there must be some free software that does similar things in download.com

look out for audacity its like a free version of Cool Edit Pro (lovingly stolen by adobie and renamed to audition :D)
