need a little help don' want to abonded my herc contrller and still want to use my mac book pro any help would be great

If your mac book pro has an Intel chipset then you could use bootcamp to run windows on it and use VDJ.
You will need to download the timecoded CD http://www.virtualdj.com/products/timecode/VDJTimeCode.mp3 (rightclic -> save file to...)
Then burn it on two CDs to put in your two cdj1000mk3.
Then plug your CDJs on the line-ins of your hercules MK2 and follow the timecoded CD setup:
