As you know, when you buy a DJ Control Mp3, you recieve a envelope with the Virtual DJ disk inside.
Once I had installed Virtual DJ, i stupidly chucked the envelope away with the serial number on the back of the envelope so i cannot register to become a professional user.
This means that I cannot download plugins.
Please help.

Please read or search the forum before posting this question is answered already some times.
With your DJ control, there is a dj console version included (with serial). To become a professional edition user you will need upgrading to VDJ Pro (http://www.virtualdj.com/purchase/discount.html).
If you lost your serial which was included with your console, you will need to contact Hercules. Probably if you e-mail the serial number of the mp3 control, they could send you the serial for your VDJ dj console version.

If you lost your serial number contact Hercules support by email or phone.
It could be quicker if you give them a phonecall.
