I wanna hear, if its required to have a router, when i broadcast? Or, i can broadcast with or without router? I can connect to my radio myself but others can't,

you don't need router. Just disable firewall in windows. It should work

- Right-click on My Network Places
- Select Properties
- Double click Local Network Connection or Modem
- Click Advanced
- Uncheck Internet Connection Firewall
- Select Properties
- Double click Local Network Connection or Modem
