I haven't seen any such unit yet, but many mixers have these features within your price range, From Numark and Behringer.

Some I know:
- Alesis (like microverb, midiverb, picoverb)
- Behringer (v verb pro rev2496, dsp2024P )
- Digitech (S100)
- Lexicon (mx200)
- Tc electronic (M300, m-one)
- Yamaha (Rev 100)
- Zoom (RFX2200, RFX1100)

Personal, I would go for the TC electronic m-one. This used to be a very expensive (and good) effect module. It is replaced by another module, so it is on sale right now for a special price. Second favourite (in this price range) is the Digitech, Third is the Yamaha, fourth the Alesis midiverb.
