Can anyone out there suggest a way to shrink the size of a WAV clip so that I can send it to my phone? They always come out too large. Must be under 3 MB. Help!

WHAT YOU DO IS THE CLIP THAT YOU WANT TO SEND TO YOU PHONE RECORD IT IN VIRTUAL DJ AND DROP THE QUALITY IN TEH RECORD CONFIG MENU AND WITH A LOWER QUALITY IT SHOULD TAKE UP LESS SPACE. I THINK

Wav's are normally 44,100 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo, as this is the audio industry standard. With a program such as soundforge you can change the frequency (lower it), make it a different bit rate (8 bit), and/or mono and it should be a smaller size.

but like kramer said, convert it to mp3.
