Topic: video quality VDJ Vs Power DVD

using a ripped VOB from all the major ripping software I get 20% drop in quality of same VOB, from hard drive, played in VDJ vs same file played in any of the regular DVD players like PowerDVD. Is there a reason VDJ has lower quality, can I fix this ?
