Hi everyone,
I am adding the video jockey service to my company and I know that most people in my area don't have that in their public pricing. So I have one guy on board with me who does the basic video stuff with DVD player and screen, etc.. he charges double his normal DJ rates to go out. So what would be a fair rate to try actually sell this new service. I will have VDJ with a projector and big screen of course. The one guy I have working with me is only using the DVD players and not actually mixing the videos. I am in the process of working out the kinks in my system I will send out with other guys or myself. So should I charge what my friend is charging? Double rates? or what is fair? I am in the US so I would hope that someone from the US would give me some input.
