ok, fiorst lemmie say that i love the mk2, i am a licensed user of the pro version, my problem lies within, in that i mean between the keyboard and the chair, the problem is that i can hear my music but i cant transmit it in a chat room, i have the settings exactly like i did when i didnt have the herc. but now i cant seem to get any sound, any help would be greatly appricated, thanks

Go to advanced soundcard settings
Make sure that the default soundcard is used for master (=broadcast)
And that the Hercules is set up as a controller only.
or, if you are using the Hercules for broadcast, you need to connect your speakers to the hercules console
