Maybe I'm a little late. Thanksgiving is in November, BUT I'm just so grateful that I just want to THANK the following people now:

Support people sometimes get thanked privately, usually it is hard reality the other way around because someone gets crushed with frustration and loses it.
I am new to the team and gather now that I see the numbers, that there have been a lot of other support staff that has come before to make this what it is now.
So thanks for the kind words, i'm sure they'd feel the same way.
BTW, I did go back and read your article in DJ Times and kudos for having the balls to follow your instinct.
Changing careers is hard enough, but relocating 1500 miles to start cold on top of that is a tremendous achievement.
For those who missed the article, it is in DJ Times July 05 page 36.
