What hardware do I need to do this?

You need a performance computer like a P4 or AMD64 based PC. With 1GB RAM and good video card (like N-Vidia 6600GT or better or ATI X700 or better).

Well I went and bought it. Finally got it running on my old laptop:
Laptop Specs:
Model: Fujitsu Siemens AMILO D
Processor: Intel Pentium IV- 3.06 GHz
RAM: 2Gig
Graphics Card: ATI Mobility Radeon 9000
HardDrive: 40 Gig
OS: Windows XP Pro. SP2
Had problems with Direct X, but got some different drivers for the graphics card and now it works :D
