I have purchased the software 3.1 and did not recieve my serial number. How do I get another one. I need it rather quickly because I have a gig tonight. I know it was orginally blocked by my spam ware and deleted. I have tried customer support to no avail. HELP

Be patient for the customer support, no one else can help you but them.
We users can not issue out serial numbers, our serial number would not anyway work with your product.

well it should have said turn off all filters since the email might be blocked when you were buying it before the download, now you just have to wait for support to get back at you
