Topic: How come I buy the software, but cant dowload??

I register before i bought the software so now i have the serial for the software and i try to put it in my profile so that i can dowload the effect, but i couldn't I paid for the software i have my serial, but i cant update my profile so that i can put the serial in there. what should i do now???
