Topic: I'm not getting sound at all when the songs play

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I've checked everything in my configuration. My sound plays fine in every other program but this one. The songs show they are playing in the view screen but there's no sound coming through my speakers. --is my soundcard not up to par? Thanks.

First, check your configuration in the Atomix options. If it's correct, try to re-install Atomix, Directx-8 and the last drivers of your sound card. This sould work. If not, please tell us what is your hardware configuration and if you have the full version or the shareware version.
