BTW Audigy's ASIO uses the Audigys internal 48khz sampling rate, meaning that if atomixmp3 were to use Audigy and its ASIO support, the mp3's would be resampled to 48khz, but this doesn't really pose a problem cause atomixmp3 will run the mp3 through its internal EQ and effects etc, which will likely affect the quality more than resampling 44.1 - 48.
You could still use Audigy without ASIO though. And there's more cards with good ASIO support than cards without it. (if you look new cards)

The Live and Audigy cards resample pratically all audio to 48kHz internally, and not very well either. If you can ASIO support (as do I!) I suggest getting a higher end audio instead of the Audigy. ;)
