When I load a new song the one that's playing gets distorted and slow down..I do i correct this issue. Please provide step by step instructions..on this issue

You need to provide more detail/info. Lack of info is probably why you've had no response.
Mac or PC? What OS?
Version/build of VDJ?
What format are the songs?
Loaded from where? Internal drive/External drive/streaming service (which one)?
What exactly do you mean by "gets distorted"? Description.
What are your settings? Do you have any auto BPM matching enabled? Are they fluid tracks or rigid tracks? Are you using BPM stabilizing?

Well I have PC, I use an external drive been using it for some time. I decided to get pay for on line music. An after that my program started acting up..I never had an issue like this. My bpm was ok until the purchase. I'm old school so I really don't mess with to much stuff. I get on an play. But now I put a cut on let's say table one start off fine no issues when I put another cut on table 2, table one will just slow the bpm an the sound is really distorted. Not sure if I should delete it an reinstall it. If so will I lose all my cue points. If someone thinks its the bpm then why would it start up on the right bpm.
