Good afternoon. What is the best position to set buttons when playing music. I want a sharp and clear sound. Can someone answer this question?

the position of button have no bearing on sound quality what so ever.

Good speakers, amplifier and a good sound card to start :-)
the audio on the computer is in digital form so nothing really effects the quality much until you start outputting that and that starts at the sound card in you computer then goes to the amplifier then to the speakers.
NOTE: the one setting in VDJ that will help keep sound from distorting before it leaves you computer is the ZeroDB setting I use -6 some get by with -3. this only works if autogain is enable.
