Topic: Crash with the VDJ remote !
Hello,

When I open VirtualDJ Remote on my smartphone or tablet, it immediately shuts down VirtualDJ on my PC.

Since I haven't used VirtualDJ Remote for a while, I don't know if the bug is due to one of the latest versions of VDJ or VDJ Remote.

My computer setup:
- Victus PC, Windows 11
- VDJ (EA) b8726

My smartphone setup:
- Samsung A52
- Android 14
(I also tested it with a tablet running Android 13 and it also crashes the PC)

I hope this bug can be fixed soon.

Can you try to clear the app data to see if that helps?
 
Same thing.
By clearing data and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
 
So it is the VirtualDJ on PC that crashes and not the android app. Can you confirm again this point?
 
Yes, exactly.
As soon as I close the app on my smartphone, I can restart VDJ on my PC and it works normally again.
 
I think you use the early access updates. Go back to BUILD 8678. that will help

not here.
No crash, but nothing happens on the app. and no controlls.
 
 
 
Just tested on 8729 here and all working as normal.
 
still nothing.
The app is working but the visuals are not.
 
Did you try to clear app data?
 
After deleting my phone in vdj and reconnect it was ok.
tried another laptop and also worked fine. So I think it"s ok now.
