Hello. I wanted to ask if there's an option to save transitions between songs, and then when I put them back on the decks, the transitions will be created automatically. I hope you understand what I mean :D

No, there's no such option*
VirtualDJ is a real-time mixing DJ software, not a timeline one.
*Extremely basic timeline mixing ability exists withing Automix Editor.
However, you still cannot "recall" transitions that you can reuse later with other tracks.

Was looking for a replay function that will record all my midi parameters and loaded tracks that will replay all my mix. This will give ability to set transition cue points afterwards and or fine tune a mix for recording purposes.

If you make an Automix playlist, you can edit your mixes and save that playlist ;)
