Topic: cant access license code.
Hi Having trouble with license code. ive purchased vdj infinity 2025. with email address.
have changed to 2nd email address on software . when i click on wheres my license code it says did you purchased software with another email which i said yes. when i follow instructions it says 1st email is blocked so i cant change it and cant access license key, can someone help thanks.

Have noticed on this post it is saying Home User but ive already paid for infinity with receipt to confirm.
 
You need to raise a support ticket for account related issues.
 
I am also having problems with my infinity license which I bout many years ago while I was using a different controller and a different laptop. How do I regain my licence?
 
Raise a support ticket with as much information as possible.
