While using the software a few days ago, I accidentally exited the program at the top right (Windows X icon) There should be a message after clicking the X icon at the top right if the user would like to exit the program (a la Serato DJ). Maybe this feature can be implemented in a future release. Thanks

Absolutely not, when I click close on any app it should just close, I bloody hate those "Are You Sure" prompts
 
Actually VirtualDj WILL warn you, if music is playing on air.
 
plus the close button is just another skin element, there's nothing special about it, if you want to close on a double click or popup confirmation, it's pretty easy skinning.
