I run a live band Karaoke event and am looking at moving to using VirtualDJ as the media player. We do karaoke live, with musicians syncing to the karaoke video, Usually the video will just play backing vocals, effects and any instruments not on stage. Sometimes if a musician does not know the song I want to be able to turn on their instrument to maintain continuity. This give me flexibility during the event to maintain the best possible performance standards at the time.
I am trying to create custom stems to play with the video file through the stem creator in VirtualDJ. I have been able to create the custom stems but I have not worked out how to combine or play the stems with the video.
Is this functionality possible to either combine the stems with a video file or play both together in VirtualDJ?
Apologies if this is simple or explained elsewhere. I have had a look through the manual, tutorials and on facebook groups but have not found an answer that resolves the question.

First load the audio file to the deck, then drag&drop the video file to the cover art on the deck.
This should provide an option to create a video edit which combines the video and audio file.
