Have a pro license, own a Alienware M15 R7, stuck with a DDJ 200 which I’ve had from January 2024 until I have enough money to upgrade in a few months. Haven’t had any issues until a few weeks ago when the software suddenly began crashing randomly while using the DDJ 200.
The 200 is the only controller i’m having this issue on, the software works perfectly fine on any other controllers i’ve used since the problem started. I’m at a loss at what to do to stop the crashes.

I have the same problem, traced it to hanging when i use the crossfader (not to scratch)... it's very frustrating as my wego2 is much more stable. can anyone help?

SORRY to bump this up (from May 2025) but I'm having the same issues with DDJ-200 too.
Using it for small gigs (quiz nights) so I'm heavy on the faders as i have to talk on mic a lot..
I do keep previous builds (especially the release builds) and i get freezes in the few i have installed.
I cant reproduce fader freeze up on a Numark DJ2Go, and NI Kontrol S3 no freeze ups on those..
should i raise a support ticket so i can send more info?
Virtualdj Crashguard dosent step in as the VDJ window is frozen/unresponsive.
