it will be great to simplify this fonction (ask the dj) by a qr code creator to scan for the party people and don't need to write the name of the dj (only the request song).

Aside from other tools, creating a QR code from a URL has been a feature in certain browsers for years (e.g. Chromium based browsers).
Nothing tricky about it - feed the tool a URL, it makes a QR Code, you share it (print or otherwise).
