I just wanted to inform you guys what happened to me yesterday. I updated to the "latest" version via APP store (b7716), reopened the software and it did not recognize the database (folders) and lost all my FXs, Favs, V.Folders, History, Scripts, etc. It took me four hours to realize what had happened; there was an embedded text on the VDJ software that said "not possible via App Store version" when I wanted to add my external SSD with my music . Then, I decided to uninstall that version, download the latest software (b7692) directly from the VirtualDJ website, install it and voila, everything back to normal! I'm not sure if you guys are aware of this problem, but wanted to give you a heads up.
BTW I use an MBP M1max and it's amazing how fast it processes tracks!
