you could always search everything with "*" and then order by year to check

yes i do. i installed my files on a new drive which is faster. but had to re alanyze yesterday. no big deal.
so in search box. (i actually read the vdj manual lol). its fine now. i just type in on the drive letter and all songs from a certain year show up. cool what a right click on things can do :)

You can add a filter folder with the filter
Group by year
This will allow you to visualize all the available years and easily identify any erroneous metadata.
Note you can also filter by decades (or whatever else you like) using the next filter
group by year range 10
