I have been trying to get vdj support two days in a roll now and I can't seem to get anyone to reply or call me...please help thank you

I just called my bank and my debit card is good and I've tried using another card and I'm still having issues I've even had to create a new log on and password under a different name and I was successful with creating a new user name and password but yet I can't buy the $20 liences...
